Action brought by Max Cohen and his wife, Bessie Cohen, against Howard W. Bridges to recover damages sustained by plaintiffs as the result of a collision caused by Bridges negligence in operating an automobile which collided with the rear of Max Cohens automobile. Upon the jurys findings in a special verdict, the court entered judgment for Mrs. Cohens recovery of $2000 as damages for her personal injuries; and for Max Cohens recovery of $1,463.62 as his damages for medical expenses, hospital and X-ray expenses and his loss of the assistance of his wife Bessie Cohen. Plaintiffs appealed from the judgment.
